Treatwell is Europe’s leading online platform for booking hair, beauty, and wellness treatments — making it easy to discover and schedule appointments at thousands of trusted salons and spas near you.

For every £50 of gift card value, you'll need a £1,000 deposit. For example, a £50 card requires £1,000, a £100 card requires £2,000, and so on. The maximum you can deposit is £200,000 for £10,000 worth of credit (may be distributed to you in multiple cards).

Your deposit is held securely for 12 months. Thirty days before your Pot is due to mature, you’ll have two options:

• Renew for another 12-month term (you may need to adjust your deposit amount based on the latest Perk value), or

• Withdraw your deposit once the 12-month term has elapsed.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Treatwell gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and can be used for any service on the Treatwell website or app. You can use the gift card for full or partial payment, with any remaining balance saved in your Treatwell Wallet. The gift card cannot be returned or refunded, and the credit can be used over multiple purchases until the balance is gone or the card expires. Key terms and conditions

• Validity: 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date can be found in the confirmation email or your Treatwell Wallet.

• Usage: Can be used as a full or partial payment for any service booked on the Treatwell UK website or app.

• Redemption: Enter the gift card code at checkout to apply the credit. A Treatwell account is required to redeem, and you will be asked to create one if you don't already have one.

• Remaining Balance: Any credit left on the gift card is saved in your Treatwell Wallet for future use.

• Payment of difference: If the cost of your booking is more than the gift card balance, you can pay the difference with another payment method.

• Non-refundable: Treatwell gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Geographic restriction: The gift card is only valid for use in the UK.
